About Us
cohesionTürkiye is a research project examining social cohesion, public perceptions, and exclusionary discourse concerning Syrian refugees in post-war Türkiye. Through social media analysis, interviews, focus group discussions, and expert consultations, the project develops evidence-based recommendations to support inclusive policies and peaceful coexistence.
Our interdisciplinary team brings together experience in social cohesion, migration, humanitarian action, and civil society research.
Refugees and Asylum Seekers Assistance and Solidarity Association supports the project implementation, fieldwork coordination, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and dissemination in Türkiye.
This project is supported by the International Peace Research Association Foundation, which promotes peace research and initiatives contributing to inclusion, dialogue, and social cohesion. The Foundation supports evidence-based approaches that aim to foster peaceful and inclusive societies.
